- 10 - Chemistry. You can't win if you don't like the people who line up next to you.
- 09 - Fellowship. Similar to chemistry, but takes it a step further. A team that loves being together when they aren't competing functions better together when they are competing. Thunder, anyone?
- 08 - Support. The feeling that the guy next to you has your back no matter what happens.
- 07 - Success. The Bible says that two are better than one because they get a better return for their work. That is displayed in teams around the world on a daily basis.
- 06 - A common cause. It's awesome to have people around you who stand with you to help reach an objective.
- 05 - Leadership. Great teams have great leadership. Great leaders are those you can't help but want to follow...like Jesus!
- 04 - Perseverance. All teams face adversity. Great teams overcome it.
- 03 - Sacrifice. Each member of a great team makes the personal sacrifices necessary to ensure the team's success...regardless of whether it means personal glory.
- 02 - Charisma. Paired with leadership, but related specifically to team members. There have to be members of the team whom people naturally want to follow into anything.
- 01 - Trust. A team loses it's cohesion when it's members don't trust each other or their leadership. Trust takes a long to time to build up and only a moment to destroy.

These are the things that are required to make a team successful. Enjoy your Monday and the rest of your week!
